How to install and login to the ARTA CardiFit Mobile App
Here is step by step instructions on how the ARTA CardiFit mobile app is downloaded & installed on your phone & how to activate and set up the app.
The ARTA app is a revolutionary at home solution for recovery, rehabilitation and health improvement.
The ARTA Cardiac Rehab Program is a 24 week at-home rehabilitation program that includes multiple components:
Walking, exercise, mood regulation, medication & nutrition.
Here is the simple process of setting up your account.
Once your doctor has cleared you to participate, you’ll receive a special text message.
Tap on the link in that text to download the ARTA app from your device’s App Store.
The Apple App Store or the Google Play Store will open depending on your device.
For Apple (iOS), Click “Get” to start downloading the app.
For Google (Android), click on “Install”.
Click “Open” to launch the app.
Click “Allow” so you can receive notifications from the app.
You will now see a series of welcome screens, introducing you to the App.
The next step is to activate the app.
When prompted, enter your cell phone number and click “Request Activation Code”.
You will receive a text with a unique code. Enter this code and click “Sign In”.
The Consent page will open.
You can read the terms and conditions and then click “I consent” to agree to the terms and activate your account.
Now you will be taken to the Home screen of the app, where you will find all your content and activities.
To get the most out of ARTA, you’ll want to connect the app to the Apple Health app or Google Health app that came with your phone.
When prompted, your phone Settings will open to the Health App settings.
To allow ARTA to access and update your health data, first select “Turn On All”.
To Click “Allow” to enable access to sensors and update Health data.
Thats it! You are now ready to start.
The program runs for 24 weeks with gradually increasing walking periods.
