CAREGIVERS AND FAMILY
Participation stays within the person’s choices.
Where the approved product and care arrangement allow it, a patient may choose whether a family member or caregiver participates. The exact information shared, permissions, and roles must be clear before use.

Your care team remains in charge of your care.
CardiFit does not diagnose a condition, change treatment, prescribe medication, replace a clinician, or monitor emergencies. For medical questions, contact your care team. For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
