CARDIFIT

A twenty four week program patients can actually follow at home

CardiFit combines a progressive walking plan, AI guided strength training, and coaching developed with Dr Katrin Hulme, a health psychologist registered with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council. Patients get one clear step each day. Care teams get a dashboard that shows exactly how they are doing.

WHAT IT IS

One program, four parts, twenty four weeks.

CardiFit runs on three things the research says actually move the needle on chronic disease: a walking program that can start as small as ten minutes and builds toward 30–50 minutes; AI-guided strength training that watches a patient's form through their own phone camera and corrects it in real time — no wearables, no equipment, and no video ever leaves the device; and nine weeks of coaching, developed with a licensed psychologist, aimed at the habits that actually decide whether rehab sticks: taking the medication, solving the problem instead of avoiding it, getting back on track after a bad week.

INTENDED EXPERIENCE

A possible day with CardiFit.

A person may open CardiFit to see an approved activity, receive a reminder about a routine, complete a short check-in, and reflect on how the day went. This describes the intended experience; exact capabilities and availability require product approval.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

CardiFit supports care. It does not replace it.

CardiFit does not replace a doctor, cardiac-rehabilitation team, prescribed treatment, or established rehabilitation program. CardiFit is not an emergency service. If someone believes they may be experiencing a medical emergency, they should call 911 or their local emergency number.
