ARTA Health App's CardiFit Program Patient Onboarding Instructions
This is a guide to the process of onboarding a patient onto the ARTA Health App and assigning them a cardiac rehab program.
ARTA, the Anthogen Real Time Advocate is a revolutionary mobile health app designed to facilitate recovery, rehabilitation and health improvement.
The ARTA Health App has multiple health related programs. We call these programs a Journey. These Journeys guide you down a path to health.
The CardiFit Cardiac rehab program is the cardiac rehab journey in the of app.
The CardiFit program tracks the patient’s progress and helps them do their rehab without traveling to a clinic and it is designed to be flexible around the patient’s schedule.
Part one: Signing up your patient.
Let’s begin by getting your patient registered on the ARTA Intervengine portal.
To log in to your ARTA portal, click the link in the welcome email.
The Intervengine log in page will open in your browser.
Enter your username and password.
When you log in, you will start at the participants page
This is where you’ll find a list of all your patients currently registered on the ARTA Health App.
To add your new patient into ARTA, look for the create button situated in the top right corner of the participants tab.
Clicking this will open a new patient registration form.
The registration form requires specific details to create a comprehensive profile for your patient.
You’ll be asked to provide their first name. Last name, date of birth, gender, and phone number.
Don’t worry. All the required fields are clearly marked with an asterisk, ensuring you don’t miss any crucial information.
At this stage, you’ll assign the group depending on which office location the patient is being seen. For example, this doctor has multiple offices.
Click on the group and select the patient’s office location.
Once you’ve double checked all the entered information, click the save button.
Congratulations! Your patient is now officially enrolled in the Anthogen ARTA Health App platform and will appear on your participants list.
What’s happening with your patient
While you’ve been busy creating their profile, your patient will receive an automated SMS message on their phone. This message contains a link to download the user friendly ARTA mobile health app, which is available for both Android and Apple iOS devices.
Clicking the message will open the device’s App Store to the ARTA Health App download page. They should click “Get” button to download the app to their device.
Upon opening the app, they’ll be prompted to enter their phone number for verification.
A unique one time code will be sent to their phone, ensuring account security. Once they enter this code, they’re in.
They’ll be taken to the Home screen, ready to embark on their personalized journey to better health.
If for any reason the patient has not received the text message containing a link to download the ARTA Health App, simply have the patient scan the QR code on the inside of the patient brochure that they got from the doctor when they were prescribed CardiFit cardiac rehab.
Step two: assigning a patient Journey.
Now that your patient is set up on the platform, it’s time to assign them a personalized care program, which we call a Journey.
A Journey is a set of activities for the patient to do based on their condition.
CardiFit is the ARTA Health App’s cardiac rehab journey.
Access the patient dashboard.
From your participant’s tab, locate the name of your newly added patient and click on it.
This will take you to their dedicated patient’s page where you can monitor their progress,r eview their assigned programs and manage their overall care plan within the ARTA Health App.
On the bottom part of the patient’s page is the patient dashboard.
Select the Journeys tab to open the Journey section of the dashboard. This is where you can see all the Journeys assigned to the patient.
Click on the Add Journey button to access the Journey Selection window.
You can quickly find the correct ARTA Journey for your patient by clicking the arrow dropdown.

As your patient progresses through their Journey, you might see multiple Sub-Journeys running concurrently within the main program. This is completely normal and nothing to be concerned about. ARTA’s Intelligent Design allows for personalized experiences and these Sub-Journeys provide tailored support based on your patient’s unique needs and progress.
